If you feel you would benefit more from a higher dose, simply increase the dosage on a weekly basis until you find your optimum level of CBD per day and then maintain. More CBD is not always better, so taking a huge amount of CBD will not bring greater benefits than dosing correctly. Instead, it is more beneficial and we strongly recommend to start with a lose dose of a high quality hemp CBD oil or other delivery method and slowly build up.
